From day one Kanye West has claimed that Taylor Swift actually knew about the controversial lyrics to his song ‘Famous’ before its release, and now Kim Kardashian has leaked the proof.

But seriously, if you care at all about this totally dumb, ongoing feud, today is like Christmas. Kardashian’s post, which was published on Snapchat, is pretty damning for Swift. Although there are some caveats.

Let’s start with, for reference, the songs lyrics:

For all my Southside niggas that know me best
I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex
Why? I made that bitch famous

While, in the video, West tells Swift about the:

I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex

line, he doesn’t mention the:

Why? I made that bitch famous

line.

While that may sound like a bit of a cop-out on Swift’s part, approving one pretty rough line but not approving another rough line, that’s the story she’s running with. Her response on Instagram, posted from the Gold Coast:

Other than that though, this latest clip still doesn’t look great for Taylor. As well as basically contradicting her original statement on the song, which read:

It also looks like she had already prepared for this moment:

Meanwhile, so far, West’s original Tweets over the songs backlash are still pretty reliable:

While Swift’s reaction to the video is all over the shop.

In a recent cover story for GQ, Kim Kardashian stuck up for West, saying:

She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t. I swear, my husband gets so much shit for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.

She also let slip that in the process of filming Kanye’s recording process the conversation between West and Swift had been taped, and that Swift’s team had threatened to sue if the tapes were ever released.

For Swift, Kardashian, and West fans the fallout of this latest clip should be a lot of fun.
