Financial details of the transaction, which closed earlier this month, were not disclosed.

According to CNET [Warning: auto-playing videos galore there], the Robin phone looks like it’ll be Nextbit’s last:
“As for future products,” Moss told CNET, “I’m strictly forbidden from breathing a word about them.” They won’t necessarily be gaming related, he added.
The Robin was originally touted as the first cloud-based phone, offloading apps and files to a Nextbit service. The project received US$1,362,343 of funding through Kickstarter back in 2015.
