The new iPhone 16 and 16 Plus is "built for Apple Intelligence", which is likely code for a slight RAM increase to 8GB from 6GB in the previous model. There's also a processor bump, the 'Camera Control' camera button and "a big boost in battery life".
The iPhone 16 128GB is $1399 AUD, 256GB is $1599 AUD and 512GB is $1949 AUD.

iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will be available in five bold colours: black, white, pink, teal, and ultramarine.
Pre-orders start Friday, 13 September at 10PM Sydney Australia time, with the release date set for Friday, 20 September.
